A Schuylkill County man is facing charges following an incident that occurred on June 28.

State police at Frackville said Dustin T. Makara, 31, of Zion Grove, arrived at 7 Ferndale Hill Drive, Zion Grove, Union Township, at 1:45 p.m., the home of Jody and Scott Geist, and entered the residence. He was asked to leave several times but would not listen to the victims.When troopers arrived they found Makara outside the home. He was placed under arrest and charged with criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, and public drunkenness.Troopers noted that Makara was involved in an incident with Shenandoah police before going to the Geist residence.
