A Schuylkill County man is facing a charge of retail theft.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Bradley Merwine, 35, of Tremont, was observed taking merchandise from the Dollar General Store, 409 Suedberg Road, in Pine Grove Township, at 9:58 p.m. on July 1. He concealed children's underwear and women's thong underwear underneath his clothing and left the store without paying for the items.
