A Monroe County man is facing charges following an incident on Monday about 1 p.m.

Pocono Mountain Regional police were dispatched to the Walmart store in Mount Pocono for a report of a violation of a protection from abuse order.On scene officers made contact with the suspect, identified as Christopher Curry, 18, of Tobyhanna. A check revealed Curry had two outstanding warrants for his arrest for terroristic threats and simple assault.He was arrested and transported to the county prison in Snydersville pending arraignment on the warrants and a PFA violation.
