Lansford police released reports this week on four people charged with retail theft for stealing items from the Family Dollar store.
According to affidavits of probable cause:Jacqueline Heydt, 23, of 916 Center St., Jim Thorpe, took a sippy cup, infant's Tylenol, mechanical pencils, Glade and Febreze air fresheners, hair detangler and a mirror on April 16. The merchandise was tallied at $34.78.Janine Ringlaben, 23, of Lehighton, accompanied Heydt and also took items.Jennifer Stefanick, 20, of Lansford, was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Stefanick is accused of taking a $2.25 eyelash curler on May 22. Police found in her purse a glass pipe with drug residue, a needle, and two empty wax packets that Stefanick said had held heroin.Danielle Beers, 25, of 624 Center Ave., Jim Thorpe, on March 13 took four packages of makeup worth a total of $23.10.
