State police at Fern Ridge reported on two arrests for retail thefts made at two Monroe County pharmacies.

The first incident occurred at 12:10 p.m. on May 16. A male entered the CVS Pharmacy at routes 209 and 115 in Brodheadsville and removed several items from the store.The suspect was observed on the store's video surveillance system and later identified as Sandra Roberto of Saylorsburg, troopers said.The second incident was reported at 2:34 p.m. on May 17 at the Rite Aid Pharmacy, also at routes 209 and 115 in Brodheadsville. This time the suspect removed packs of AA batteries. He was seen on video surveillance and identified as Seth Gillen of Effort.Both were cited for retail theft.
