A Tamaqua man was cited for an incident at a Schuylkill County market.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Michael Kemmerer, 20, was cited for harassment after he grabbed James Strockoz, 48, of Barnesville, by the throat at Renninger's Market in North Manheim Township.The incident occurred at 5:07 p.m. on Saturday.
