A McAdoo woman has been cited for driving under the influence following a traffic stop in McAdoo on June 21.
An officer was on patrol on South Kennedy Drive at 1:44 a.m. when he saw a black Jeep with a nonworking brake light. He stopped the vehicle and spoke with the driver, Sarah Hutta, who appeared to be intoxicated. She was given, and failed, multiple field sobriety tests and was then transported to a hospital for blood tests.The results of the tests indicate a blood alcohol of 0.066 percent, as well as the presence of the drug Paroxetine, a prescription antidepressant.She was charged with DUI.
