DUI arrests

State police at Frackville reported on three driving under the influence arrests made by troopers.

At 11:30 p.m. on July 3, Roger M. Sadusky, 62, of Shenandoah, was stopped along Route 54 in Shenandoah. He was found to be under the influence of alcohol. Charges were filed.At 10:18 p.m. on Friday, July 18, Dianne L. Fitzgerald, 24, of Schwenksville, Montgomery County, was stopped along Route 1006 in Ryan Township. She was found to be under the influence and submitted to a breath test at the barracks, which showed her over the legal limit of 0.08 percent. Charges will be filed.On Saturday, July 19, about 11:41 p.m. troopers stopped George Long, 58, of Shenandoah, along Route 924 in Shenandoah Heights, West Mahanoy Township, for a traffic violation. He was found to be under the influence and submitted to a breath test at the barracks. The test showed he was over the legal limit, troopers said. Charges will be filed.
