A Summit Hill man was charged after he threatened to kill a woman.

According to Summit Hill police, on May 24, officers were dispatched to 224 N. Walnut St., after receiving a call about an incident at the residence.Upon arrival, the female living there said that James Ortiz, 44, of 224 N. Walnut, threatened her.Following an investigation, Ortiz was charged with terroristic threats and harassment.
