A Schuylkill County man was cited following an altercation.

State police at Frackville said Arthur Heckman Jr., 63, of Barnesville, was cited following an incident that occurred at 10:30 p.m. on Sunday at 66 Back Road, in Barnesville.Troopers said during an altercation the suspect punched Arthur Heckman III, 33, of Barnesville, in the mouth and hit Angela Kyelberg, 34, of Mahanoy City, in the right torso and spit in her face.Heckman was issued two citations for harassment, troopers said.
