State police at Schuylkill Haven are investigating a burglary at a Schuylkill County residence which was the site of a break-in a day earlier.

Troopers said the home of Grace Madenford, 82, of 171 Main St., village of Joliett in Porter Township, was entered sometime between July 27 and 29. Removed was a red Troy Bilt generator, which was located inside a garage on the property.On Monday troopers reported the home had been entered sometime between 2 and 9 a.m. on Sunday through a boarded-up second floor bedroom window. A desktop computer was taken.
