Jewelry and cash were reported taken in a Monroe County burglary.

State police at Fern Ridge said the residence of Troy Malozzi, 211 Meadow Lake Road in Saylorsburg, was entered sometime between Saturday at 7 p.m. and Sunday at 4 p.m. Entry was gained by smashing a rear sliding glass door.Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to call troopers at 570-646-2271.
