Now that One World Trade Center is nearing completion (and is now the tallest building in New York City), this would appear to be the time for so-inclined Americans to contribute to a fund so as to fully underwrite the rent for the American Civil Liberties Union.This would allow the ACLU to have a prominent office on the top floor of the new building at the very site of the former Twin Towers.
