Criminal mischiefDonald Fritz Jr., 42, of 1450 Laurel Lane, Palmerton, was cited for criminal mischief and careless driving. The violations occurred at 5:51 p.m. at Second Street and Alley F.Traffic violationA citation was issued to Barry Chunko, 21, of 30 Douglas Lane, Kunkletown, for careless driving. The violation occurred at 7:45 p.m. Sept. 7 at Delaware Avenue and Third Street.Debra Rehrig, 44, of 1153 Mauch Chunk Road, Palmerton, was cited for right of way of pedestrians in crosswalk. The violation occurred at 7:30 p.m. Sept. 6 on Delaware Avenue and Fourth Street.Ayla Hoffman, 24, of 218 Center Road, Lehighton, was cited for right of way of pedestrians in crosswalk. The violation occurred at 5:40 p.m. Sept. 5 at Delaware Avenue and Fourth Street.A citation was issued to Robert Prohaska III, 37, of 205 Surrey Place, Macungie, for obedience to traffic control device. The violation occurred at 4:56 p.m. Sept. 15 in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.Vehicle violationsPolice also issued citations for various vehicle violations and four speeding incidents.
