Yvette Sharrow, 47, of 390 Skyline Drive, Lehighton, was cited for speeding. The violation occurred on April 14 at 5:33 p.m. on Route 248 east.Rex Benner, 53, of 217 Delaware Ave. Apt. B, Palmerton, was cited for dogs disturbing the peace at 10 a.m. April 6.Joseph Small, 41, of 414 Lehigh Ave., Palmerton, was cited for junked vehicles on March 26.Disorderly conduct:Theron Jones, 18, of 475 Lafayette Ave., Palmerton, and Mark Felker, 21, of 285-19 Lower Nis Hollow Drive, Lehighton, were cited at 4 p.m. April 2 on Third Street.A 15-year-old Slatington male was cited for disorderly conduct at 2 p.m. April 3 in the 400 block of Delaware Avenue.A 15-year-old Slatington male was cited at10:30 a. m. April 4 in the 400 block of Delaware Avenue.A 15-year-old Emmaus male was citied at 11 a.m. April 2 in the 400 block of Delaware Avenue.A 13-year-old Allentown female and a 15-year-old Emmaus male were cited at 1 p.m. March 13 in the 400 block of Delaware Avenue.HarassmentA juvenile referral was filed against a 14-year-old Summit Hill female for aggravated assault, simple assault, and harassment at 8:30 a.m. April 8 in the 400 block of Delaware Avenue.A citation was issued to a 15-year-old Walnutport female for harassment at 11:30 a.m. April 4 in the 400 block of Delaware Avenue.Traffic violationGary Zellner, 57, of 417 W. Washington St., Slatington, was cited for traffic control signals and driving under suspension on April 13 at Third Street and Delaware Avenue.Aaron Lorah, 18, of 1885 Lower Smith Gap Road, Kunkletown, was cited for obedience to traffic control device.at 6:42 p.m. April 13 at Delaware Avenue and Mauch Chunk Road.Roy Stenger Jr., 34, of 286 Lower Nis Hollow Road, Lot 122, Lehighton, was cited for stop signs and yield signs at 6:50 p.m. April 8 at Mauch Chunk Road and Franklin Avenue.Vehicle violationAndrew Willet, 24, of 517 A Delaware Ave., Palmerton, was cited for expired inspection at 7:21 p.m. April 10 at Delaware Avenue and Second Street.Citations were filed against David Russo, 53, of 125 Stoneleigh Drive, East Stroudsburg, for expired inspection, expired registration, and drivers required to be licensed. The violations occurred on April 8 at 3:40 p.m. at Delaware Avenue and Third Street.Alexander Willet, 20, of 556 Lafayette Ave., Palmerton, was cited for expired registration at 3:20 p.m. April 13 at Fifth Street and Delaware Avenue.
