A Summit Hill woman has been cited for her dog barking.

According to Summit Hill police, numerous complaints have been filed against Joline Ahner, 37, of 36 W. Fell St., from area residents regarding her dog barking. The last complaint filed was at 8:05 p.m. Tuesday.She has been cited for violating the borough ordinance for dogs barking.
