State police at the Fern Ridge barracks are investigating a burglary that happened between 11 a.m. and noon July 12 at a residence in Penn Forest Township.

Police said someone entered the home at 21 Tupelo St. and stripped the copper wiring from the basement.The intruder also removed a totaled vehicle, a weight bench and an air compressor from the driveway and garage of the home.
