State police at Fern Ridge reported on the following crashes investigated by troopers.

A two-vehicle crash was reported at 12:40 p.m. on Aug. 13 along Route 534 in East Side Borough. Troopers said Melvin S. Cohen, 80, of Far Rockaway, New York, was exiting Interstate 80 onto 534 while Michael J. Tamraz, 53, of Saylorsburg, was southbound on 534. Cohen attempted to pull straight across 534 and get back onto the interstate when he pulled in front of Tamraz. The front of Tamraz's 2000 GMC 1500 truck hit the driver's side door of Cohen's 2002 Toyota Camry.Cohen and his wife, Gail, 79, and Tamraz were all not injured. Damages were heavy to the Toyota and minor to the GMC. Cohen was cited for causing the crash.A two-vehicle crash was reported at 7:55 a.m. Friday along Route 115 at State Road in Chestnuthill Township. Troopers said Diamilatou Bah, 49, of Blakeslee, was driving a 2011 Toyota Matrix southbound on 115 and approaching State Road while Maryellen J. Keegan, 29, of Sciota, was stopped on State Road in a 2009 Pontiac G6.Bah turned left onto State Road, and the driver's side front of his Matrix struck the front of the G6.No one was injured. Both vehicles sustained heavy front-end damages. Bah was cited for causing the crash.A two-vehicle crash was probed at 6:54 p.m. on Aug. 13 along Route 715 at Akiba Road in Chestnuthill Township. Robert R. Baird, 67, of Reeders, was westbound on Akiba Road while Emma C. Leach, 19, of Effort, was southbound on 715.Troopers said Baird proceeded to pull into the path of Leach, causing the front of his 2009 Subaru Forester to strike the driver's side of Leach's 2000 Toyota Echo.Leach sustained a minor injury and was treated at the scene by West End ambulance personnel. Both vehicles sustained heavy damage. Troopers cited Baird for causing the crash.A two-vehicle crash was reported at 4:17 p.m. on Friday at the intersection of Route 209 and McIlhaney Road in Chestnuthill Township. Troopers said Charles J. Lovenberg, 47, of Kunkletown, was attempting to turn right onto 209 from McIlhaney Road and pulled into the path of a 2003 Saturn Vue driven by Jennifer M. Coulton, 57, of Brodheadsville, southbound on 209.The front of Lovenberg's 2004 Jeep Wrangler struck the passenger side of the Vue. Coulton sustained a minor injury and was taken to Pocono Medical Center, East Stroudsburg, by West End ambulance. Damages were termed heavy to the Saturn.Troopers cited Lovenberg for causing the crash.
