Jamil D. Graham, 39, of Lansford has been cited following a crash in the parking lot at the HT Commons Shopping Center in Hometown.

Rush Township police said Graham was involved in an accident at 2 p.m. on Aug. 15 and refused to submit to blood tests after police detected signs of inebriation. He was then arraigned before District Judge Stephen Bayer, of Tamaqua, on charges of driving under the influence, resisting arrest, and endangering the life of his 2-year-old son, who was a passenger in the vehicle.He was then transported to the Schuylkill County Prison in Pottsville.
