A Schuylkill County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence following a two-vehicle crash that occurred at 4:18 p.m. Wednesday, along Route 924 in Sheppton, East Union Township.

State police at Frackville said they responded to a crash and spoke with one of the drivers, identified as Richard Drukker III, 62, of Ringtown.He was found to be under the influence and was taken to the barracks for a breath test.The test showed he was over the legal limit of 0.08 BAC. He was charged with DUI and related offenses, troopers said.
