Chamela Wolfe, 29, of Pine Grove, has been cited by state police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks for following a crash at 11:40 a.m. Tuesday.

Police said she was driving a 2004 Pontiac Grand Am southbound on Route 125 in Pine Grove Township when she lost control of the vehicle. It veered off the road and struck the guiderail coming to rest south of the point of impact along the southbound shoulder of the road.
