A Tobyhanna man shot his brother Tuesday during a domestic scuffle in Coolbaugh Township, according to Pocono Mountain Regional Police.

Officers were dispatched at 6:17 p.m. to a large fight in A Pocono Country Place residential community.While en route, officers were notified that there was now a male with a gun and someone had been shot in the hand.Upon arrival it was determined that following a verbal argument, Elvis Hadzovic rammed a car carrying his mother, stepfather and brother."After ramming the car, Hadzovic hit his stepfather and then pulled a CO2 gun on him," according to Harry Lewis, chief of police. "Hadzovic's brother then got between the two and was shot in the hand with a BB."During the scuffle Hadzovic suffered a possible broken leg and was transported to the hospital. The brother who was hit with the BB refused treatment.Charges are pending the outcome of an ongoing investigation.
