State police at the Lehighton barracks are investigating a criminal mischief incident that happened at 12:15 p.m. Aug. 30 at the intersection of Polk Township and Harrity roads in Polk Township.

The victim is Mark R. Wallingford of Stroudsburg, who reported someone dented the passenger's side door of his vehicle and fled the scene in an unknown direction.
