Kevin Gieniec, 30, of 135 E. Walter St., Summit Hill, was cited by borough police with harassment.

Police said the charges stem from an incident at 9:44 a.m. on Aug. 20.According to police, Gieniec posted comments on his computer and made oral threats to the victim.
