A vehicle stop led to the arrest of the driver and a passenger in Schuylkill County.

State police at Frackville said a vehicle was stopped for traffic violations along Route 309 at Grant Street in McAdoo at 1:45 a.m. on Sunday.The driver was identified as Ryan W. Culbert, 24, of Wilkes-Barre. He was found to be under the influence of alcohol and was taken to the barracks for a breath test. The test showed he was over the legal limit of 0.08 percent. He was arrested for driving under the influence.Also during the stop a passenger, Zachary R. Culp, 19, of McAdoo, was found to have consumed alcoholic beverages. He was arrested for underage drinking.
