A criminal mischief incident that happened between 6 p.m. Sept. 13 and 5:30 p.m. Sept. 15 in Porter Township, Schuylkill County, is being investigated by state police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks.

The victim is a 34-year-old male from Williamstown.He told police someone used a blunt object to smash the rear window of the cab on his truck while it was parked along Grand Avenue in the township.
