A Schuylkill County driver was injured in a one-vehicle crash that occurred at 9:05 a.m. on Sept. 23 along Route 924 in East Union Township.

State police at Frackville said Connie J. Gallagher, 46, of Sheppton, was driving a 2006 Subaru Outback southbound when she left her lane of travel, crossed over the oncoming lane, and onto the east berm, where the vehicle hit a utility pole.Gallagher was taken to the Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, for treatment of what troopers said were moderate injuries. The vehicle had to be towed.Troopers cited Gallagher for the crash.
