A Carbon County man was cited for harassment following an incident that occurred at 8:35 p.m. on Sept. 18 at Box 4145 Fireline Road in Lower Towamensing Township.

State police at Lehighton said Scott Hontz of Palmerton punched Marc Suchon of Palmerton in the face during an argument. Hontz was cited.
