A Drums man has been charged by McAdoo Police after he reportedly sent threatening messages to his ex-girlfriend.

The victim contacted police at 11:42 p.m. on Sept. 18 after she received multiple threatening texts from Paul Sholtis, 34, of Drums. When she didn't reply, he sent a photo of some of her belongings being consumed by flames. When she didn't respond to that, he called and gave her an ultimatum, threatening she "would end up in a body bag."She then contacted police, who charged Sholtis with harassment and making terroristic threats.
