McAdoo Police have cited Nicholas Yatsula, 32, of McAdoo following a traffic stop on Sept. 6.
Officers observed Yatsula driving through the borough and twice failing to use a turn signal. He was stopped and suspected of being under the influence of alcohol. He was given, and failed, field sobriety tests, then taken to a hospital for blood testing.The results of the blood test indicate a blood-alcohol content of 0.203 percent, more than double the legal limit of 0.08.He was charged with two counts of DUI and two summary counts of failing to use a turn signal.
