A Nesquehoning woman has been charged by police with retail theft.

Amy Collins, 38, of 405 E. Center St., is accused by police of stealing $69.08 in retail merchandise from Redner's Warehouse Market in Nesquehoning.The incident occurred on Oct. 1.A citation was issued against Collins by officer Tim Wuttke, who said this is her first offense.
