A Northumberland County driver was slightly injured in a one-vehicle crash that occurred at 7:33 p.m. on Oct. 1 along Route 25 in Hegins Township, Schuylkill County.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Francis A. Wilson, 34, of Mount Carmel, was driving a 2006 Suzuki Forenza westbound and negotiating a left-hand curve when his vehicle left the road and went onto the shoulder where it struck an embankment. The vehicle then rolled over one time, coming to final rest in the westbound lane facing south.Wilson had a minor injury and was treated at the scene. The Suzuki sustained significant damage and was towed, troopers said.Troopers added that Wilson was cited for the crash.
