A Tamaqua woman is facing charges following an incident that occurred in Luzerne County.

State police at Hazleton said Natalie Manganelli, 32, has been charged with simple assault, criminal mischief, and harassment for an incident that occurred at 8 a.m. on Monday.Troopers said Manganelli damaged the vehicle of Elvan Jones, 36, who resides along Quality Road in Hazle Township, and also his home. Jones suffered a laceration to his foot caused by broken glass, troopers said.
