Rush Township police recently arrested two people on outstanding warrants.

Last Thursday, at 10:15 a.m., Zaine Mitchell of Schuylkill County was picked up on two bench warrants, issued by Schuylkill County court.On Friday, at 9 p.m., Amanda Ramirez of Allentown was arrested near the Shoe Department Store at HT Commons Shopping Center on warrants issued by the Carbon County court.Both were lodged in the county prison in Pottsville.
