An entry to a Schuylkill County business is being investigated.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said unknown criminals arrived on a four-wheel all-terrain vehicle at the Family Dollar store, located at 30 Forest Drive, in Hegins Township, about 11:39 p.m. on Monday.The power was cut to the building and the criminals threw a rock through the aluminum framed tempered glass front door to gain entry.They then went to the cash register area and used a rock to smash an Acer 17-inch LCD monitor. Troopers said at this point they believe the intruders were scared off and left the building, going north on Forest Street on the ATV.Anyone with information is asked to call troopers at 570-739-1330.
