A Monroe County man has been cited for public drunkenness.

State police at Fern Ridge said troopers responded to Weis Markets on Route 209 in Chestnuthill Township at 8:57 a.m. Sunday.Peter Andre Franck, 30, of Albrightsville was found in the store highly intoxicated, troopers said.
