The Wilkes-Barre enforcement office of the state liquor control board has cited a Carbon County business for violating the state liquor code.

Pocono Doughboys Inc., located at 2702 State Route 903 in Albrightsville, Penn Forest Township, was cited for refilling liquor bottles. The citation was issued Oct. 17.This charge will be brought before an administrative law judge who has the authority to impose penalties ranging from $50 to $1,000 for minor offenses and up to $5,000 for more serious one. In addition, the judge can impose a license suspension or revocation based on the severity of the charge brought.
