McAdoo police stopped a vehicle at 8:38 p.m. on Oct. 2 for having a nonworking middle brake light and found a counterfeit registration sticker on the car.

James Roberts III, 47, of Hazleton, admitted making a photocopy of his wife's new registration sticker, then placing it on his own vehicle after his registration expired.He was charged with having a fraudulent registration as well as two summary traffic offenses.
