A Lehighton man was cited in Summit Hill after he failed to follow warnings.

Summit Hill police said that at 10:30 a.m. on July 29, police were called to the Lansford Townhouses because Alphonso Dalessio, 37, of 180 Creekside Manor, was on the property. Dalessio had previously been served notice against trespassing on the property.He was told by an employee on July 29 that he should not be there. He was cited for simple trespass.
