Palmerton Police Department continues to investigate the following incidents:

DUICriminal charges were filed against William Gulick, 46, of 649 Lehigh Ave., Palmerton, for DUI restrictions on alcoholic beverages, general lighting requirements, and altered, forged, or counterfeit documents and plates. The incident occurred at 6:52 p.m. on Sept. 25 in the 600 block of Delaware Avenue.Retail theftA citation was issued to a 16-year-old Lehighton male for retail theft. The violation occurred at 6:12 p.m. on Oct. 28 in the 600 block of Delaware Avenue.OtherPalmerton Police also issued two citations for speeding, one for a traffic violation and one for a vehicle violation.
