A Larksville, Luzerne County, resident wanted on a warrant out of Northampton County was arrested Tuesday, Nov. 4, by Pocono Mountain Regional police following a traffic stop on Route 115.

Keith Scarpelli, 40, was stopped near the Monroe/Luzerne county line just before 2 a.m. According to police the arrest warrant was for fraud.Scarpelli was transported to the Monroe County Correctional Facility in Snydersville.
