A Monroe County driver escaped injury in a one-vehicle crash that occurred at 8:42 a.m. Sunday along Toll Road in Chestnuthill Township.

State police at Fern Ridge said David L. Betancourt, 30, of Brodheadsville, was driving a 2000 Acura TL southbound when he failed to negotiate a right curve in the road and struck a guard rail along the east shoulder.
