Pocono Mountain Regional police reported on two retail theft arrests made by officers.

On Oct. 23 at 2:11 p.m. officers were dispatched to the Rite Aid pharmacy in Mount Pocono for a theft that occurred earlier in the day. The store manager stated the suspect stole $824.48 worth of merchandise. Video footage showed the suspect leaving the store with the merchandise. Police were able to identify the suspect as Bryant L. McCaskill, of Brooklyn, New York. Charges were filed.On Friday at 1:18 a.m. police responded to the Wal-Mart store in Mount Pocono for a theft incident. Store security apprehended Jeffrey Vokes, 28, of Albrightsville, attempting to steal several medications from the store. He was detained until police arrived. Charges were filed.
