Samuel Miletto, 44, of Tamaqua, is facing charges of theft, receiving stolen property and numerous traffic violations after he drove away from the Hometown Mini Mart with a gas hose and nozzle still attached to his vehicle. The incident happened on Nov. 18.

Miletto does not have a driver's license or car insurance.
