Two vehicles collided at a Schuylkill County intersection on Sunday at 6:33 p.m.

State police at Frackville said Brian Fetsko, 39, of Dunmore, Lackawanna County, was driving a 2009 Toyota Yaris eastbound on Route 895 in East Brunswick Township, and attempted to turn left onto Route 443 at the last minute.Fetsko traveled into the path of a 2008 Honda Accord operated by Jackeline Ponton, 45, of Conyngham, Luzerne County, who was westbound on 895. The Honda struck the front of the Toyota with its front end.Ponton and a front seat passenger, Gloria Rodriguez, 70, were taken to the Schuylkill Medical Center-S. Jackson St., Pottsville, for treatment of minor injuries. Fetsko and his passenger, a 17-year-old male, were not injured.Fetsko was cited for the crash, troopers said. Assisting at the scene were volunteers from the New Ringgold Fire Company and ambulance corps and Pottsville EMS unit. Damages were severe to both vehicles.
