A Lehigh County driver is facing a driving under the influence charge following an incident that occurred at 2:16 a.m. on Nov. 9 along Schochary Road, at Herstra Court, in Lynn Township.

State police at Fogelsville said Joshua Mackes, of New Tripoli, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and was then placed under arrest for DUI.
