A Schuylkill County woman is facing charges concerning a rental agreement.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Jessica L. Koperna, of Auburn, signed a rental agreement with Rent-A-Center, Cressona Mall, North Manheim Township, on Oct. 4 for a 70-inch LED plasma television which she received. She stopped making payments, and when asked to set up an appointment to return the TV, she failed to return any phone calls or the TV.Troopers said charges of theft of leased property and receiving stolen property were filed against her Thursday.
