A McAdoo man was charged after overdosing on Dec. 2.

Borough police were dispatched to 234 S. Kennedy Drive at 1:38 p.m. for an unresponsive male. At the scene they found Mackenzie Setser, 20, in a semi-conscious state. A needle and empty heroin packets were found in Setser's room.Setser later admitted to using the heroin.He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
