A vehicle stop along Interstate 80 in Tunkhannock Township, Monroe County, has led to charges being filed against the driver.

State police at Fern Ridge said William Junior Green, 24, of Cincinnati, Ohio, was stopped at 9:49 a.m. on Oct. 31 for committing traffic violations.Green was suspected to be under the influence of a controlled substance. He refused a blood test.Troopers said he has been charged with DUI of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance.
