A Shenandoah man has been cited by McAdoo police in connection with a property he purchased in January 2012.

Ron Marcelino, 27, purchased the property at 404-406 E. Blaine St., then failed to maintain it. Police say the property has become a serious health and safety issue.They cited Marcelino for having a public nuisance property.
